New Developments Content Hub
We worked with Emaar in partnership with The Financial Times, to design, develop and implement a Digital Content Hub for Emaar Properties.
The content hub was hosted as a microsite on Emaar’s corporate website, which hosted insightful content on Dubai and their newly launched Emaar developments including Dubai Creek Harbour and Dubai Opera House.
The content articles, infographic and video content were produced by the FT Content editors, with exclusive interviews conducted with Emaar senior executives.
An extensive Rich Media digital display campaign, alongside Native Ad campaign was run on FT.com to a HNW audience in the UAE, with a goal to drive traffic to the content hub and develop credible lead generation for Emaar for interest in these 2 projects.
This campaign resulted in a highly successful generation of genuine new leads, which converted to new property purchases. The estimated ROI was 1500%
